  • Go down 15th Ave. until you cross the Ballard Bridge.
  • The first major intersection after crossing the bridge will be Market Street.
  • At Market Street, take a left.
  • Go up Market Street about 3 blocks.
  • Our office is located on your left, in the Ballard Swedish Medical Plaza, Suite 107.
  • (We recommend that you park in the Ballard Swedish Hospital Parking Garage, which is one block past the building, turning left onto Tallman Street. - the first 90 minutes is free, and we validate parking for you after that.)
From HWY 99
  • Head south on HWY 99.
  • Turn right on 66th Street.
  • Turn left onto Linden Ave. N.
  • Turn right onto N. 65th Street.
  • Turn left onto Phinney Ave. N.
  • Turn right onto N. 65th Street.
  • Turn left onto 8th Ave. NW.
  • Turn right onto NW Market Street (NW Market Street is one block past 56th Street).
  • We will be on your left about 3 blocks up, in the Ballard Swedish Medical Plaza, Suite 107.

From I-5 North.
  • Take I-5 South.
  • Take the 85th Street exit.
  • Veer to the right, toward 85th Street.
  • Take a right onto 85th Street.
  • Turn left onto 8th Ave. NW.
  • Turn right onto NW Market Street (NW Market Street is one block past 56th Street).
  • Follow this road past a major intersection at NW Market and 15th Ave. NW.
  • Our office is located on your left, in the Ballard Swedish Medical Plaza, Suite 107.

From I-5 South.
  • Take I-5 North.
  • Take exit #167, which is the "Mercer Street" exit.
  • Off of the exit, stay in the far left lane.
  • Take a left at the first light.
  • Follow this road until Denny Way.
  • Take a right onto Denny.
  • Follow this road for several miles.
  • Denny will turn into Elliott, and Elliot will turn into 15th Ave.
  • Cross the Ballard Bridge.
  • Take a left at the first light, which is a major intersection at 15th Ave. NW & NW Market Street.
